Zapier actions and searches
Searches read Uptivo data and work with a Read or ReadWrite Club API Key.
Write actions change club data and require ReadWrite permission.
Two read operations appear in Zapier’s action list because they return a result for a later Zap step: Get Club Profile and Get Athlete Telemetry. They do not modify Uptivo data.

Write actions

Write actions

| Book Class | Book an Athlete with the selected attendance and payment options. The result may be a confirmed or queued booking. |
| Cancel Class Booking | Remove an Athlete’s booking. Cancellation can affect credits and may promote another Athlete from the queue. |
The Zapier app does not create, edit, or delete Classes. A booking and physical attendance are different concepts. See the Classes guide, Class participants guide, and bulk attendance guide.
Subscription products and Athlete memberships

Write actions

| Update User Subscription | Replace the supported validity and activity values of an assigned membership. This is not a partial increment operation. |
| Suspend User Subscription | Suspend immediately or schedule a suspension. Existing bookings can prevent the operation. |
| Reactivate User Subscription | Resume a suspended membership or cancel a scheduled suspension. Reactivation may extend the membership according to Uptivo rules. |
| Remove User Subscription | Remove the assignment from the Athlete. This does not delete the Subscription product or the Athlete and does not automatically issue a refund. Existing bookings can prevent removal. |

Bounded list searches
Section titled “Bounded list searches”Searches whose names begin with Find and can return multiple records accept a Maximum Results value. They return no more than 200 records per Zap run. The app follows Club API cursors internally; you do not enter or store a cursor.
When you need every returned record in a later Zap step, configure Zapier to use all matches as line items. These searches are intended for bounded lookups, reports, and small batches. They are not a one-step historical synchronization facility. See Limits and troubleshooting.
