Zapier triggers

Uptivo triggers are instant webhook triggers. Turning on a Zap creates the required webhook subscription for that connection; turning it off removes the subscription.

Every live trigger record contains an event id. Use it as the idempotency key when the destination can receive duplicate deliveries. Resource identifiers, such as Athlete ID or UserSubscription ID, identify the affected domain object and are separate from the event id.

Zapier trigger Club API event When it runs Resource identifier
New Athlete Athlete.Created An Athlete joins the connected club. Athlete ID
Athlete Updated Athlete.Updated An Athlete profile, Client Stage, or Guest status changes. Athlete ID
Athlete Removed Athlete.Deleted An Athlete leaves the club, including because the Uptivo account was deleted. The event contains the previous Athlete data; do not automatically delete the person in the destination. Athlete ID
New Contact Contact.Created A Contact is added, including when an Athlete is removed and becomes a Contact. Uptivo User ID
Contact Updated Contact.Updated A Contact profile or Client Stage changes. Uptivo User ID
Contact Removed Contact.Deleted The Contact relationship ends. Use removalReason to distinguish conversion to an Athlete from removal; do not automatically delete the person in the destination. Uptivo User ID

New Training Training.Created A completed Training is created. The event includes the Training, Athlete context, and engagement totals supplied by the event contract. Training ID and Athlete ID
Badge Awarded Badge.Awarded An Athlete receives a badge. Each award has its own Award ID, even when the same badge is earned more than once. Award ID, Badge ID, and Athlete ID
Athlete Level Changed Athlete.LevelChanged An Athlete moves to a different level. The event describes the previous level, new level, direction, and effective period. Athlete ID

These triggers concern a Subscription assigned to an Athlete, not the Subscription product catalog.

New User Subscription UserSubscription.Created A membership is assigned in the connected club. UserSubscription ID
User Subscription Updated UserSubscription.Updated Uptivo publishes a membership change, including a suspension operation. Time passing by itself does not emit an expiry event. UserSubscription ID
User Subscription Removed UserSubscription.Deleted An assigned membership is removed. The event does not remove the Athlete. UserSubscription ID

A booking record is not proof of physical attendance. Interpret the booking state and NoShow value according to your workflow.

Zapier trigger Club API event When it runs Resource identifier
New Class Booking ClassParticipant.Created A booking is created, including a queued booking. Class ID and Athlete ID
Class Booking Updated ClassParticipant.Updated The booking state or recorded attendance changes, including queue promotion or a NoShow correction. It is not a class-completed event. Class ID and Athlete ID
Class Booking Removed ClassParticipant.Deleted A booking is removed. The event contains its previous state. Class ID and Athlete ID

These triggers concern products that a club can assign or sell. They do not represent a membership already assigned to an Athlete.

New Subscription Product Subscription.Created A Subscription product is created. Subscription ID
Subscription Product Updated Subscription.Updated Product details change. Subscription ID

Class catalog events are batched. One Zap run contains classIds and count for the affected Classes; it does not contain each Class record. Use Find Class when the current Class details are required. A removed Class may no longer be readable.
